ALL CLIENTS HAVE 15 MIN GRACE PERIOD, CLIENTS THAT ARE OVER 15 MINS LATE, ARE REQUIRED TO PAY $15 LATE FEE.
CLIENTS WHO ARE LATE 20 MINS OR OVER APPOINTMENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED.
